By accessing or purchasing from Flash Drops (operated by New Arc LLC), you agree to the following terms:

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of flashdrops.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other available payment methods at checkout. Prices are listed in AED and are subject to change.

4. Shipping

We ship across the UAE. Delivery times vary by location. Flash Drops is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and branding is the property of New Arc LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates .

هذه الشروط تنطبق على جميع زوار وعملاء flashdrops.com. نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

2. المنتجات

جميع المنتجات المدرجة خاضعة للتوفر. نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت. صور المنتجات للإيضاح فقط.

3. الطلبات والمدفوعات

يتم تأكيد الطلبات فقط عند اكتمال الدفع بنجاح. الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وقابلة للتغيير.

4. الشحن

نشحن في جميع أنحاء الإمارات. مواعيد التسليم تختلف حسب الموقع. فلاش دروبس غير مسؤولة عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الطارئة.

5. الإرجاع والاسترداد

نظراً لطبيعة منتجات الصحة والجمال، نقبل الإرجاع فقط للمنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو المُسلَّمة بشكل خاطئ. يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام عبر: [email protected]

6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع من نصوص وصور وعلامات تجارية هي ملك لـ New Arc LLC ولا يجوز إعادة إنتاجها بدون إذن كتابي.

7. القانون المعمول به
